Job Description:

A company is looking for a Processor, COB Review (Remote).
Key Responsibilities

Provide telephone, clerical, and data entry support for the COB team
Validate COB leads using insurance company portals and update related databases
Coordinate with CMS or assigned contacts for premium restoration ticket logging

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role
Preferred: Associate degree
Preferred: 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role
