System One is currently seeking an Assistant Storekeeper on a 3 year contract position located in Atlanta, GA.

Assistant Storekeeper Responsibilities: Employee will be using cutting tools, blowers, using forklift for loading and unloading material, lifting, standing and walking for long periods of time.
Employee is required to take forklift classes (1.5 hrs) and pass test (70% or greater), before employee can operate a forklift.
Employee will be working at 2 to 3 locations.: * North Shallowford (4404 N Shallowford Rd Atlanta, Ga. 30338) * North Fulton storerooms (11675 Wills Road Alpharetta, Ga. 30009) * Gwinnett Storeroom (1453 Highway 120, Lawrenceville, Ga. 30043)
Work will mostly be cleaning up warehouse and material yard, dumping trash dumpsters, loading and unloading material with forklifts, and preparing material for transporting back to the Material Distribution Center in Forest Park Ga.
Assist in order processing, inventory management, and materials logistics.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and tracking orders.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and customer interactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and supply chain.
Learn and use relevant software and systems for tracking and reporting.
Help in the preparation of shipping and delivery documents.
Assist in quality control and compliance checks.


Assistant Storekeeper Requirements: 0-5 years of experience is typically in an entry-level or junior position, assisting with various materials support activities.
Ability to lift 75 pounds.
Certified Forklift Operations
Will be required to cover 2 to 3 storeroom locations and will need to provide their own transportation.

Pay Rate: $22/hr
