Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Rewards Advisor to develop and
implement comprehensive rewards strategies for the Americas
region.
Key Responsibilities
Design and refine compensation structures to attract and retain
talent, conducting market analysis for competitive pay
practices
Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and
competitiveness, while providing guidance on health and retirement
plans
Manage global mobility processes, ensuring compliance with
regulations and developing supportive policies for international
assignments
Required Qualifications
5 - 7 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and global
mobility with a focus on the Americas region
Proven experience in managing comprehensive rewards programs and
vendor management
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a
related field
In-depth understanding of compensation and benefits regulations in
the Americas
Proficiency in Workday and compensation analysis tools
