Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Game Designer (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and pitch new game ideas and mechanics tailored to casino
and card game markets
Collaborate with Asia-based stakeholders to gather requirements and
refine game concepts
Design engaging and mathematically sound game mechanics, optimizing
for player engagement and retention
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in game design, particularly in casino, card
games, or iGaming
Fluency in both Mandarin and English (spoken & written) is
mandatory
Deep understanding of casino game mechanics and card games
Experience in game balancing, RTP calculations, and monetization
models
Proficiency in game design tools such as Figma, Miro, Unity, or
similar is a plus
