Job Description:
A company is looking for a GxP Quality Operating Model Process
Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of a GxP Quality Operating
Model governance forum
Manage the approval and integration of the GxP process architecture
across collaborators
Drive training initiatives to support the awareness and adoption of
the GxP QOM across the enterprise
Required Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or a Master's
degree and 5 years, or a Bachelor's degree and 7 years, or an
Associate's degree and 12 years, or a high school diploma/GED and
14 years of experience in the PhRMA/Biotech sector
Understanding and application of operations across R&D and
Manufacturing
Experience supporting collaborators across various GxP Quality
domains
Demonstrated success in leading large-scale or complex
initiatives
Strong strategic savvy and exceptional persuasive communication
skills
