Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consumer Services Specialist to
handle inbound service center calls and provide customer
support.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers over the phone to answer banking-related
questions and resolve issues
Engage in continuous learning through training and departmental
communications
Meet performance metrics related to call quality, talk time, and
cross-selling products
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of customer service or similar work experience
Must be available to work varying hours, including weekdays and
Saturdays
Knowledge of basic banking products
Ability to manage multiple computer systems to access client
information
