Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Operations Associate to
provide support for internal sales/marketing teams and manage
customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries and
data entry into SAP IC
Manage customer orders to ensure timely delivery while minimizing
costs
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and assist with
special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing role
At least 1 year of call center experience
Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel
Experience with order management systems
Ability to manage export orders and documentation
