• NIH Stroke Certification
• State License 1 Verification
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
  • Job Details
  • UNIT DETAILS: Cardiovascular/thoracic, Transplant & Robotics (thoracic) preferred
  • SCHEDULE: MONDAY-FRIDAY
  • WEEKEND: Only required during call
  • CALL: 1 day a week and 1 weekend every 4ish weeks. That is subject to change based off of departmental needs.
  • FLOATING: Within facility/scope of practice and to Main OR as needed
  • MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years - Unit accepts first time travelers
  • PRESCREEN: Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Piedmont guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis.
  • RTO: MAX 7 days
  • HOLIDAYS: No holiday RTO accepted
  • COMPLIANCE: FULL compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule
  • Locals accepted - same rate
    • Job Requirements
    • 2 years of experience required
    • State License verification (if applicable) - within 30 days prior to start date
    • Annual Nursys (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) within 30 days prior to start date
