Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Consumer Service Operations
Representative to assist members and providers with various
issues.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from members and providers regarding
eligibility for state and federal programs
Gather personal and financial information to complete state
applications on behalf of members
Assist members in locating additional resources for healthy living,
including medication cost assistance
Required Qualifications
3 years of customer service experience, including typing/data
entry
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with a requirement to pass a
language proficiency test
Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
Aptitude for quickly learning and navigating new technology,
systems, and applications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook and Word
