Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Middle Office Documentation Review Specialist (Remote CA, WA, OR & ID).

Key Responsibilities

Verify completeness and integrity of loan documentation for various commercial loan types
Ensure all loan documents comply with credit approval terms and regulatory requirements
Communicate with staff to resolve documentation concerns that may delay closing processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Diploma required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
4 or more years of experience in commercial documentation review
Advanced knowledge of commercial loan documentation
Understanding of federal and state laws and regulations related to commercial lending
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan origination systems
