Quick Med Staffing is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a
travel job in Atlanta, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements
Location: Lawrenceville, GA (No local candidates within 50
miles)
Shift: Night Shift, 12 hours (Schedule: 7am-7:30pm, Wed-Fri)
Duration: 12 weeks Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and
skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at QuickMed Staffing in
Lawrenceville, GA. The ideal candidate will possess strong
technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a
commitment to providing high-quality diagnostic imaging. Local
candidates within 50 miles are not considered for this position.
Responsibilities: - Perform MRI scans and produce images for
interpretation.
- Evaluate MRI images for quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret and report
findings.
- Maintain MRI equipment and ensure it is in proper working
condition.
- Educate patients about the procedure and answer any questions
they may have.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during procedures.
Requirements: - Current MRI Technologist certification in the state
of Georgia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within the specialty.
- Required certifications: AHA BLS (American Heart Association
Basic Life Support) and ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic
Technologists) in MRI.
- Experience with Cerner electronic health records system.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Quick Med
