Job Description:
A company is looking for a SaaS Product Support Jedi to assist
their client base in the Americas region.
Key Responsibilities
Provide product support through email, phone, and Zoom calls,
ensuring timely and accurate responses
Conduct self-driven learning to become a product expert and assist
clients with technical consultations
Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and report bugs
and suggest product improvements
Required Qualifications
Two years of professional experience in a SaaS support or
client-facing role
Fluency in English; bilingualism is a plus
Familiarity with technical terms such as HTML, CSS, JS, API, and
database queries
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative
team
Access to reliable internet and a dedicated workspace free from
distractions
