• Employment Type: TravelJob Title: CT TechnologistLocation: Canton, GeorgiaShift: 12hr Nights (7p-7:30a: FRI/SAT/SUN) Duration: 13 weeksJob Description:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist to join our team at QuickMed Staffing in Canton, Georgia. The ideal candidate will be experienced in performing CT imaging procedures and will possess strong technical skills, excellent patient care abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality imaging services. Local candidates within 50 miles are not considered for this position.Responsibilities:- Perform CT imaging procedures following established protocols and guidelines.- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during imaging procedures.- Maintain and operate CT imaging equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.- Verify patient information, explain procedures, and address any patient concerns or questions.- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to review images and ensure accurate diagnoses.- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.- Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards, including radiation safety guidelines.- Perform procedures such as Angio Coronary, various biopsy procedures, abscess drains, Pre-Watchman protocols, and ablation protocols.- 24 hour department with 3 Siemens scanners; Edge Plus, Definition AS and Force. - Average of 130 exams per day in a 24 hour period during the week and 80 exams per day on the weekend. - Schedule is open to both inpatients and outpatients.- Unit Systems: Bayer Medrad Contrast Injector, Cerner, SBARRequirements:- Certification and/or licensure as a CT Technologist.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CT imaging or related diagnostic imaging.- Required: ARRT - CT and BLS certifications.- Strong technical skills and knowledge of CT imaging equipment and procedures.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care and maintaining patient confidentiality.Quick Med Staffing Job ID #2025-81351a.
