A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster (SCA) HHG/Military
Move.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, process, and settle incoming DOD claims in accordance with
company policies and regulations
Assess claims liability and chargebacks, providing advance notice
to agents as necessary
Respond to internal and external customer disputes and inquiries in
a timely manner
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma; some college-related courses or an Associate's
Degree is desired
Previous claims adjusting experience in personal property or cargo
claims preferred
Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements
Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office
applications
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management
skills
