We're looking for aHead of Demand Generationto join the team at
Liberis! This is a leadership role with the scope and autonomy to
build and scale a demand generation engine directly fuelling the
growth of our business. At Liberis this means identifying and build
an early stage pipeline of companies that want to embed our finance
platform in the offering to small businesses. You'll own the
end-to-end demand generation strategy, leveraging your expertise to
deliver qualified leads at scale while collaborating closely with
cross-functional teams.We're seeking a strategic thinker who
thrives in fast-paced environments, navigates ambiguity with ease,
and is passionate about delivering measurable results. This is an
exciting greenfield opportunity we're eager to build from the
ground up. While you'll collaborate closely with our Product
Marketing team, what makes this role particularly compelling is the

be doing:
- Building and owning the demand generation strategy.
- Define and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy
across organic, paid, email, events, and more to fuel our growth
engine.
- Driving pipeline growth.
- Develop and manage campaigns that drive qualified leads and
move prospects through the funnel, optimizing conversion rates at
every stage.
- Collaborating across the organization.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and other Marketing teams to
ensure campaigns align with business priorities and address
audience pain points effectively.
- Developing scalable systems and processes.
- Implement tools and processes to track, analyze, and optimize
campaign performance, ensuring seamless lead handoff to Sales.
- Building and leading a team in future.
- Once the function is established and achieving early results,
lead its growth. Over time, develop a high-performing demand
generation team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration,
and continuous improvement.
- Optimizing the marketing tech stack.
- Evaluate and enhance the tools and technologies used for demand
generation, ensuring we have the infrastructure to scale.
- Analyzing and reporting performance.
- Define the right KPIs, monitor results, and report on campaign
effectiveness to key stakeholders, using data to inform future
decisions.
- Innovating and testing.
- Continuously identify new opportunities to improve lead
acquisition, nurture strategies, and customer acquisition
costs.What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in a senior demand generation role, ideally
within fintech, or a similar fast-growth environment.
- A strong track record of designing and executing successful
multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
These could include digital marketing, paid media, field marketing,
and content-driven campaigns.
- Expertise in lead generation, marketing automation platforms,
and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach, Salesforce).
- Data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of analytics and
reporting.
- Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with
experience managing high-performing teams.
- A creative, problem-solving mindset and a relentless focus on
driving results.
- An autonomous individual who has seen greatness up close but
knows the devil is in the details; you can't just copy &
paste.
- A natural and confident experimenter who is allergic to
