The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality diagnostic imaging. Local candidates within 50 miles are not considered for this position.Responsibilities:- Perform MRI scans and produce images for interpretation.- Evaluate MRI images for quality and accuracy.- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret and report findings.- Maintain MRI equipment and ensure it is in proper working condition.- Educate patients about the procedure and answer any questions they may have.- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during procedures.Requirements:- Current MRI Technologist certification in the state of Georgia.- Minimum of 2 years of experience within the specialty.- Required certifications: AHA BLS (American Heart Association Basic Life Support) and ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) in MRI.- Experience with Cerner electronic health records system.- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Quick Med Staffing Job ID #2025-81563.
