Job Description:
A company is looking for a Part-Time Customer Support
Representative - Temporary.
Key Responsibilities
Configure customers' equipment to connect to the Internet and
provide product education
Handle high volume incoming calls, conduct follow-ups, and assist
with service sign-ups and billing issues
Troubleshoot advanced networking protocols and upsell products and
services
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent Education
Two years of networking or technical support experience
Two years of call center experience
One year of previous sales experience
Intermediate level knowledge of networking connectivity and
troubleshooting
