About the Role:
This individual will play a key role in supporting CBRE's
fast-paced Americas Advisory legal team focused on property
management and investment accounting and reporting ("IA&R")
business lines. This individual is required to obtain and apply
knowledge regarding a variety of legal concepts and processes to
assist in the more efficient operation of the Americas Advisory
legal department.
This job is part of the Legal Support job function. They are
responsible for performing and supporting a variety of law-related
activities that does not require a law degree.
What You'll Do:
Assist attorneys with simple to moderately complex document and
contract review, negotiation, revision and redlining and other
transactional support
Perform legal research on wide variety of issues relevant to the
company's business activities
Draft, update, and maintain legal forms and documents of moderate
complexity
Respond to ad hoc requests and inquiries from business partners
Assist with the preparation of PowerPoint presentations for
training sessions conducted by the legal team
Initiate outside counsel engagements in the Legal Tracker tool
Support the legal team on special projects
Collaborate with various internal departments, including finance,
human resources, and compliance, to support the company's business
operations

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine
compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and
experience. The minimum salary for the Paralegal position is
$69,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Paralegal position
is $76,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a
successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills,
qualifications, and experience.
