Position: Personal Injury Litigation Associate

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid Work Options Available)

Salary: $125,000 + Performance-Based Incentives

Our Atlanta-based personal injury law firm is seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of verifiable experience in personal injury litigation, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow within the field.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
--- Manage all phases of personal injury litigation.
--- Draft pleadings, motions, and respond to discovery.
--- Conduct depositions, mediations, and trials as needed.
--- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
--- Develop and implement case strategies to secure favorable outcomes.

Qualifications:
--- The candidate must have 3-5 years of proven experience handling personal injury litigation cases.
--- Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills are required.
--- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting is essential.
--- A strong dedication to providing exceptional client service is a must.
--- Must be a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
