A company is looking for a Contract ERISA/Employee Benefits
Attorney (remote).
Key Responsibilities
Research and analyze employee benefit plans for ERISA
compliance
Prepare benefit plan summaries and notifications for plan
participants
Draft motions and conduct legal research related to ERISA fiduciary
issues
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in ERISA/employee benefits/executive
compensation
Active bar admission in the state of residence and a state with an
office
Experience with ERISA and Tax Code compliance requirements
Ability to work remotely for 20 hours or more per week
Flexibility for hours to fluctuate as needed
