**Role:** Oracle Cloud OTC Lead
**Location:** Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH), Atlanta, Cumberland area
**Duration:** Permanent
**Visa:** US Citizen / Green Card
**Travel:** Up to 50% (Domestic & International)
**Interview:** Virtual

**Purpose:**
The Global Process Owner (GPO) for Order to Cash (OTC) defines, standardizes, and optimizes end-to-end OTC processes globally. This role aligns OTC with business goals, enhances efficiency, and ensures compliance while driving automation and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and own global OTC strategy, policies, and KPIs.
- Standardize and automate OTC processes (order management, billing, collections, etc.).
- Collaborate with IT, finance, and business units for ERP integration and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations (IFRS, GAAP, SOX) and mitigate risks.
- Lead change management, training, and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and improve OTC performance through analytics and innovation.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years in OTC functions (customer care, credit, finance, etc.) with ERP expertise (Oracle, SAP).
- Proven experience in global process standardization, ERP implementations, and managing multinational teams.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Certifications (CPA, CMA, PMP) are a plus.

**Skills:**
- Deep OTC process knowledge and automation tools.
- Process improvement, project management, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Financial compliance and risk management expertise.
