action-oriented individual contributor with a strong drive to
execute and deliver tangible results during our Salesforce/SAP
implementation. In this role, you will take charge of deploying
targeted change management initiatives, directly influencing
business readiness and employee adoption. Working closely with the
OCM Director and cross-functional teams, you will actively lead
change efforts without traditional managerial responsibilities,
ensuring that every step of the Salesforce/SAP transformation is
executed efficiently and effectively.Job LocationThis is a remote
position that can be located in any state in the US.Job
Responsibilities
- Plan and Act: Execute a targeted change management strategy
aligned with our Salesforce/SAP implementation roadmap, ensuring
immediate and measurable impact.
- Impact Analysis: Conduct detailed change impact assessments and
identify actionable steps to mitigate risks, ensuring a smooth
transition for all users.
- Rapid Response: Quickly identify and address challenges, using
data and feedback to adjust strategies in real time.Stakeholder
Engagement & Communication
- Direct Engagement: Work one-on-one with executive sponsors,
business leaders, and functional teams to drive commitment and
resolve issues as they arise.
- Effective Communication: Develop and implement a clear
communication plan that delivers timely, actionable messages to
employees at every level of the organization.
- Feedback Loop: Lead interactive workshops and briefings to
gather direct input and adjust change tactics on the fly.Training &
End-User Adoption
- Hands-On Support: Collaborate with training teams to design and
deploy Salesforce/SAP training programs that deliver immediate
value to end users.
- Adoption Focus: Drive user adoption initiatives through direct
support and action plans that encourage early wins and long-term
sustainment.
- Champions Network: Identify and empower Salesforce/SAP super
users and champions to foster a community of continuous learning
and support.Organizational Readiness & Support
- Readiness Assessment: Perform ongoing assessments to measure
business readiness, ensuring every team is prepared for
change.
- Actionable Metrics: Track KPIs to gauge the effectiveness of
change initiatives, and adjust tactics based on real-time
data.
- Post-Go-Live Support: Provide direct, hands-on support
post-implementation to address issues and optimize the user
experience.Job Requirements
- 7+ years of change management experience with a focus on
enterprise or SAP system implementations.
- Ability to develop and implement practical change management
solutions, aligned to needs of the organization.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong ability to communicate ideas in both technical and
user-friendly language.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 60+%, and
sometimes work odd and extended hours.
- Proven ability to operate as an individual contributor with an
action-oriented approach.
- Deep understanding of change management methodologies (e.g.,
Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) and a track record of executing these
strategies in dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with
a knack for building immediate rapport and trust.
- Experience collaborating across departments, including IT, HR,
Finance, and Operations.
- SAP project experience is highly desirable.
- Prosci or similar Change Management certification is a plus.The
Salary target for this role is $125,000 and is eligible for
performance-based bonus opportunities.This role is designed for a
