Job Description:

A company is looking for an AI Trainer to assist in enhancing their Artificial Intelligence platform in healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the AI system in completing verification phone calls through a proprietary platform
Ensuring quality of recorded outputs
Collaborating with operations and engineering teams to improve healthcare data collection

Required Qualifications:

Insurance Verification background
2+ years of experience working in the Healthcare field
Comfort learning and operating a new software program with speed and accuracy
Ability to work in compliance with HIPAA regulations and safeguard personal information
Ability to work well individually and within a team environment
