Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensed Outpatient Therapist.
Key Responsibilities
Perform intakes, diagnostic evaluations, and monitor treatment
planning while engaging in client therapy practices
Form effective therapeutic alliances to support clients' unique
needs and goals, positively impacting outcomes and retention
Engage in crisis interventions and document all client interactions
in compliance with legal and ethical standards
Required Qualifications
Master's or Doctoral Degree in Behavioral Science or a related
field
Active, independent clinical license as a Mental Health
Professional in Minnesota
Basic understanding of Microsoft products (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint)
Ability to work onsite at least 2 days per week or in a hybrid
model
Eligibility to enroll as a provider in the Medicare program or
ability to terminate opt-out prior to starting
