Job Description:
Primary Care Physician to help in the South Atlanta area Family
Medicine seeing Patients of all ages
Open Dates: 3 Full time openings starting asap credentialing can be
expedited
Desired Schedule:
M-F, 9a-5p, not closed for lunch No weekends, no call
Scope of Work:
M-F, 9a-5p, not closed for lunch No weekends, no call Patient
census per provider 20-22 ppd Mix of Clinic and telephone appts.
Requirements:
GA license and Federal DEA
Must be Board certified, actively licensed in GA with Federal
DEA
EMR/EHR system: EPIC
Travel/Housing Notes:
Will reimburse mileage
