A company is looking for a Help Desk Representative - Healthcare
- Remote US.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consultancy on insurance and healthcare using expertise in
incident/problem management and EDI
Investigate and adjudicate claims, responding to provider appeals
and resolving issues with trading partners
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, business unit rules,
and industry regulations
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in related fields
Office administrative experience and skills
Intermediate-level knowledge of operating systems
Ability to follow written policies and provide feedback to
leadership
Self-motivated with time management and organizational skills
