About the JobAveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team as a Private Duty Nurse.Job SummaryThe Private Duty Nurse LPN will provide one-on-one care to medically fragile clients in the comfort of their own homes.Responsibilities--- Implement physician-prescribed plans of care
--- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
--- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
--- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
--- Educate family members on health promotion and disease prevention
--- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions
--- Perform other duties as assignedRequirements--- Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice
--- Current CPR certification
--- TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
--- Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
