Job Description:
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Manager
licensed in NJ.
Key Responsibilities
Makes timely intensity of services determinations or refers to
higher-level review when indicated
Provides linkage to community services as needed and adheres to
customer service level agreements
Identifies a wide range of community resources and demonstrates
respectful communication and excellent customer service
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Graduate degree from an accredited educational program in Social
Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology
Active NJ clinical licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed
Psychologist
Minimum of two years of experience in children's mental health or
related public sector human services
Background in family systems, community systems, and case
management
Ability to screen and assess crisis and emergency calls based on
DCF/CSOC-approved criteria
