  • Job Details
  • UNIT DETAILS: PCU/MS/ED Hold - Float Pool - Nurses in this role will be caring for post surgical, medical, PCU stepdown on Inpatient units and ER as hold patients. These positions will be hospital float pool staff and will be expected to float throughout the hospital include the Emergency Department.
  • WEEKEND: Every Other
  • CALL: None
  • FLOATING: Within facility/scope of practice (ED included)
  • MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years
  • AYA OFFER: Once candidate has signed and confirmation sent, manager has 48H to review the profile/confirmation and determine if unit/schedule/expertise fit. *Aya Offer only available if clinical pass within RTO guidelines + meets specific facility requirements.
  • RTO: MAX 7 days
  • HOLIDAYS: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.
    • Job Requirements
    • Minimum 2 years of experience required.
    • State License verification (if applicable) - within 30 days prior to start date.
    • Annual Nursys (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) within 30 days prior to start date.

          • Compliance: FULL compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule.
