• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
• NIH Stroke Certification
• State License 1 Verification
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
  • Job Details
  • Transplant facility - Primary stroke center - Heavy CTA workload
    • Job Requirements
    • 1 year minimum experience - Unit accepts first time travelers
    • State License verification (if applicable) - within 30 days prior to start date
    • Annual Nursys (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) within 30 days prior to start date
      • Schedule Information
      • FRIDAY-SUNDAY
      • MAX 7 days RTO
      • If one major holiday falls in assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both holidays. If three major holidays fall in assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two holidays.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Floating: Within facility/scope of practice and to Outpatient as needed
          • Additional Details
          • Photo ID Required
          • Compliance: FULL compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule
          • Locals accepted - same rate
