Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their
accounting and finance team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the CFO and Senior Management with due diligence for
potential acquisitions and financial reporting activities
Contribute to the preparation and filing of all SEC reports,
ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance
Design, implement, and maintain accounting policies and internal
controls to ensure compliance with US GAAP
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (MS/MBA preferred)
5+ years of accounting experience, including audit or internal
audit experience
Thorough understanding of US GAAP
Experience with SEC reporting, CPA, or NetSuite preferred
Accounting experience with credit card merchant accounts is a
plus
