Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and organize cross-functional teams for business process
transformation efforts
Create and manage project plans, monitor progress, and resolve
issues to ensure project success
Coordinate project meetings and collaborate with teams to identify
and mitigate project risks
Required Qualifications
4-10+ years of program and/or project management and process
improvement experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
PMP Certification required
Demonstrated leadership skills in a customer service-focused
organization
Strong technical aptitude for learning new technologies and
internal software systems
