Key Responsibilities
Define and nurture the company culture, ensuring a high-performing,

Design and manage performance management programs to foster

Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or a similar role,
preferably in a fast-growing startup
Experience in designing and executing compensation and benefits
strategies
Proven ability to scale performance management systems
effectively
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to connect with
employees at all levels
Experience in talent acquisition and ensuring compliance with HR
policies
