Facilitates and manages ongoing Behavioral & Mental Health (BMH)
nursing department operations, including quality, service, fiscal,
and human resources processes. Supports and ensures that
comprehensive BMH patient care services are provided that support
the integrity of the family system and patient care team.
Proactively supports efforts that ensure delivery of safe patient
care and services and promote a safe environment at Children's
Healthcare of Atlanta.Experience3 years of clinical nursing
experience2 years of experience in
management/administrationPreferred QualificationsMasters degree in
nursing, business, management, leadership, or related fieldRelevant
board certification (i.e. PMH-BC, NE-BC, etc.)Experience in

Nurse in the single State of Georgia or Multi-State through the

activities.Coaches staff to improve performance.Understands My PATH
program and educates Assistant Nurse Managers and staff.Quality and

of quality measures and quality controls for unit.Ensures
compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Joint
Commission.Leads department in creation of staffing effectiveness
monitors.Oversees follow-up to occurrence notification system
reports.Participates in departmental assessment of national
recognition data collection processes.Allocates resources to work
toward care standardization and performance improvement in
