We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Engineering to lead the engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering management, a proven track record of optimizing manufacturing processes, and the ability to drive innovation and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the engineering roadmap, aligning it with the company's strategic objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to define project requirements, establish timelines, and ensure successful delivery.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing performance.
• Manage the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment to ensure smooth work operations.
• Coordinate with R&D and procurement departments to bring new products from concept to reality.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is highly desirable
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong track record of successfully managing large-scale manufacturing operations.
  • Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Project Management
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including FDA, ISO, and other regulatory standards
