Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Manager to oversee employee
benefit programs and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement benefits strategy in collaboration with HR
leadership
Manage benefit administration, vendor relationships, and customer
service for employees
Lead communication efforts regarding benefits opportunities and
compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience in lieu of a
degree
Minimum of five years of experience in benefit administration,
particularly in health and wellness programs
Broad knowledge of employer benefit programs and technical
skills
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and develop people
Strong skills in explaining and educating on benefits offerings
