Job Description:
A company is looking for a Litigation Claims Director to lead
and manage complex claims in the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze liability and damage issues related to claims and ensure
proper documentation is maintained
Draft coverage positional letters and oversee outside counsel to
resolve claims efficiently
Foster relationships with insureds, brokers, and outside counsel to
ensure effective communication and claim resolution
Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of insurance contracts, legal requirements, and
investigation techniques
A minimum of 10 years of experience in handling Commercial General
Liability and Professional Liability claims
Strong aptitude for evaluating and analyzing complex contracts and
detailed information
Current Claims Adjuster license(s) in one or more states
preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent insurance claims experience
