  • Are at least 21 years old, hold a High School Diploma or its equivalent, are able to pass a background check, and have at least an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field, and have your Level III administrative credential. Additionally, you should have completed training in early childhood program administration and have at least two years of experience in childcare.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
  • Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
