employees.RequirementsYou Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:
- Are at least 21 years old, hold a High School Diploma or its
equivalent, are able to pass a background check, and have at least
an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related
field, and have your Level III administrative credential.
Additionally, you should have completed training in early childhood
program administration and have at least two years of experience in
childcare.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
- Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and
development.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs
and respond to changing circumstances.
- Be capable of meeting the physical demands of working with
