A company is looking for a Vice President, Consulting who will provide leadership and guidance for the consulting practice and manage a team of 20 members.



Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the vision and strategy for the consulting department, aligning with organizational goals
Lead and manage the consulting team, ensuring high-quality client services and fostering a collaborative culture
Oversee the financial model and compliance standards for the consulting practice while representing the organization in public forums


Required Qualifications

10-15 years of experience in executive leadership within a consulting practice or client services business
Expertise in nonprofit finance and financial model building
Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams and fostering a culture of learning and development
Strong strategic and visionary leadership skills with experience in change management
Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and racial equity principles in organizational practices
