A company is looking for a Director, Proposal Development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support proposal processes, ensuring high-quality
submissions and compliance with requirements
Collaborate with Business Unit leaders to design and develop
compelling proposals that align with funder priorities
Manage proposal processes from kickoff to submission and identify
opportunities for process improvement
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in proposal development, ideally in
workforce development and education
Experience with six- and seven-figure proposals that resulted in
secured grants
Ability to build tools and systems to enhance proposal development
effectiveness
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage collaborative
teams
Passion for the organization's mission and commitment to inclusion
