Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager
to support customer success initiatives and drive customer

Key Responsibilities
Assist with customer onboarding and implementation of services
Guide customers in utilizing the platform to maximize
performance
Collaborate with customers to develop success plans aligned with
their objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or
a related field
Basic understanding of eCommerce and site performance best
practices
Proactive and customer-first approach with critical thinking
skills
Ability to collaborate across departments to support customer
success
