A company is looking for a Program Manager & Capture Lead for Treasury PROTECTS.



Key Responsibilities

Oversee the Treasury PROTECTS BPA, ensuring effective contract management and compliance
Serve as the primary point of contact for Treasury officials and lead the start-up of awarded task orders
Drive service level management and continual service improvement across all SOC operations


Required Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or equivalent) plus 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, or 10 years of documented cybersecurity project management experience
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Demonstrated experience managing federal contracts, including proposal support and task order execution
Strong understanding of BPA and task order contract structures, focusing on federal compliance and cybersecurity standards
Experience in capture management and business development for cybersecurity programs
