Key Responsibilities
Equip support teams with insights, training, and best practices to
enhance learner engagement
Analyze the learner journey to identify gaps and implement
solutions for improved retention
Manage and develop a team focused on student engagement and
enablement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in student or customer-facing roles
Demonstrated success in setting goals and managing performance
Experience providing actionable feedback and navigating challenging
situations
Ability to balance short-term business needs with long-term
strategic goals
Preferred background in coaching, sales, or enablement
functions
