Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Data Engineer to establish and
lead the foundation of their modern data platform.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement data platform strategy using Snowflake
architecture and data modeling
Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for data
integration
Provide mentorship and define best practices for data
engineering
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field, or 12+
years in a directly related field
8+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
3 years of experience with Snowflake architecture
5+ years of programming expertise in Python or .NET
Experience with data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka,
Kinesis)
