Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Data Engineer to design, build,
and optimize streaming solutions for their Data Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient streaming
data pipelines and architectures
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to
understand data needs and translate them into technical
specifications
Evaluate and implement new data technologies and tools to enhance
data processing and self-service capabilities
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles
Experience with Java and data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache
Flink/Spark, Apache Kafka, Airflow)
Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google
Cloud)
Familiarity with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake,
Redshift)
Strong knowledge of datastore systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data
integration tools
