Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to
lead experimental marketing initiatives and drive customer
acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a growing channel testing budget and optimize performance
through quantitative analysis
Develop and own the digital and offline channel experimentation
roadmap, building scalable testing frameworks
Analyze data to identify and prioritize high-impact experiments,
designing hypothesis-driven tests with clear metrics
Required Qualifications:
4-year undergraduate degree in a quantitative field preferred
4-7 years of experience in growth/performance marketing with a
focus on channel experimentation
Experience managing performance marketing budgets of $1M or
more
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven
decision-making
Proven ability to manage complex experiments and drive customer
acquisition through testing and optimization
