Job Description:
A company is looking for a Proposal Writer responsible for
managing the proposal process and ensuring high-quality responses
to RFPs and RFIs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the proposal process for mid-size, moderately complex RFPs,
serving as the primary contact for stakeholders
Ensure adherence to the proposal process by creating responses and
collaborating with subject matter experts and internal teams
Develop and review concise, accurate proposal responses, and
organize meetings to align sales and account management teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing,
Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
Two years of experience responding to proposals
Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for a
work visa or residency sponsorship
Experience with proposal management software, preferably
Qvidian
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
