Job Description:
A company is looking for a SIU Field Claims Investigator
responsible for investigating and analyzing complex claims for
potential fraud.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts thorough investigations of complex claims, including
background searches, scene investigations, and witness
interviews
Validates information obtained through investigations and manages
complex customer communications and issues
Enters and updates claim data in multiple SIU systems and makes
decisions regarding claims based on investigation outcomes
Required Qualifications
Preferred 4-year Bachelor's Degree
Preferred 2-3 years of experience in investigation, insurance, or
law enforcement
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be
considered in lieu of formal qualifications
Experience in conducting complex investigations and analyzing
claims
Knowledge of analytic tools or SIU field intelligence is
preferred
