• Cost Optimization: Identify high-impact opportunities for EBITDA and cash flow improvements across the entire cost structure.
• M&A Services: Support companies throughout the M&A lifecycle, including operational/synergy due diligence and integration planning.
• Finance Operations: Drive improvement to clients' finance operations, including management reporting.
• Interim Management: Step into interim roles to drive change while a full-time replacement is being recruited.What will you be doing?As a Senior Associate, you will work closely with healthcare clients on complex assignments, requiring critical technology considerations. Responsibilities may include:
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities to reduce cost structure by redesigning technology and operations.
  • Optimizing overall technology stack to drive improvement.
  • Developing IT synergy model and executing integrations.
  • Providing guidance to manage a client through crisis and performance improvement plans.
  • Developing operational data analysis to track and drive meaningful change.
  • Leading various work streams within a project.
  • Preparing client-ready deliverables and presentations.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior staff.
  • Building relationships with clients and seeking opportunities to expand the scope of business.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and assisting with pitch preparation.Who are we looking for?
    • High energy individuals with a passion for healthcare.
    • A minimum of seven (7) years of prior work experience in healthcare or consulting.
    • Experience in acquisition, integration and transformation from an IT deal perspective.
    • Advanced analytics and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
    • Solid project management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written skills.
    • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
