Supply Chain - Launched Target Corporation’s first IT outsourcing initiative, delivering enterprise-wide ordering system. Company wanted to implement a consolidated ordering system. Created and maintained integrated project schedules that accounted for internal/external dependencies and multiple constraints. Led analysis and design team (40+ resources) in creating cohesive programming. Effectively instituted program, delivering across three operating divisions (Target, Mervyn’s, and Marshall Fields) over five years.

Marketing - Spearheaded $2.5M workflow design to support electronic storage for marketing campaigns (vendor package solution). Marketing campaigns were designed and stored in multiple systems, making retrieval inefficient. Evaluated program needs and conducted feasibility study on centralizing data storage. Implemented centralized workflow application, streamlining process and eliminating multiple project management systems.

Finance - Salvaged $630K software application project for finance department, improving accounts receivable collection. Tasked with creating uniform system to correct SOX deficiency and increase effectiveness in tracking and monitoring pharmacy related accounts receivables. Created project plan with targeted sub-project completions. Systematically addressed necessary system upgrades and implemented new structure in phases to support streamlined process.
